The Kiribati Housing Corporation (KHC) was established under the Kiribati Housing Ordinance Cap 40A. KHC is a State-owned Enterprise and is mandated under the State-Owned Enterprises Act, 2013 (as amended). KHC operates in the housing sector and this Statement of Intent indicates how KHC has reviewed its operating environment and key challenges and derived the following planning period objectives, activities, performance measures and financial forecasts towards achieving its key objectives.
